THE TPP CHARITY INITIATIVE

I passionately believe that all people should be treated equally, and aim to cherish the gifts that are the people we encounter in our world. This is a value close to my heart and part of the TPP’s DNA. The world is richer when we can all participate and contribute in some meaningful way.

People with disabilities have often been seen as passive recipients of aid, reduced to their impairment-related health needs. If born or raised in countries where there is the best available medical care, there are some possibilities to optimise quality of lives of people with disabilities, their families and communities. However, there are many people around the world with disabilities who are not so fortunate.

At TPP we pledge that every month, we will provide funding for a child to go to school, and or visual treatment and training for nurses and doctors to deliver sight saving treatments through donations to CBM UK. CBM UK, Part of the CBM Global federation, work in over 48 countries to transform the lives of people with disabilities, their families and communities. CBM UK deliver life-changing programmes by working with local partners bringing together CBM’s global expertise with hands-on knowledge of the local context and environment. Local partners include Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Disabled Peoples Organisations (DPOs), hospitals, churches or government departments. They provide community-based rehabilitation, tackling health, education, livelihood, social inclusion, skill development and empowerment. They are committed to a human rights-based approach and disability-inclusive development.

As the founder I welcome you to TPP, where you will receive gold standard psychological care for yourself, your client or loved one. I hope that you’ll join us on this journey of championing people with disability and giving back.
